Changing the way we work

The last 18 months has seen many changes to the way we live and the way we work.

We have had to close the showroom on numerous occasions to comply with government guidance and have adapted the way we work to maintain our ability to help customers to design their new bedrooms and kitchens and select the finishes they wish to use on projects without the usual showroom environment.

Now we’ve decided that something we would not of considered the correct way to work previously has actually become our preferred way to work.

Instead of visiting our brightly lit, high ceilinged showroom space which didn’t necessarily reflect the lighting and conditions in your home to make your selections we have found viewing samples in your own home is a much better way to get a real feel for how your finished project will look.

Our design process is evolving, our first free home visit gives us a chance to discuss the project, measure the space you are looking to use and start to consider the right products to use to create the look you are dreaming of.  We then take all the information, measurements and ideas away and create a personal design for you, using our bespoke furniture ranges and produce a range of illustrations clearly showing just how the finished project will look.

Next we send over the designs for your consideration and arrange another home visit to bring along the colour samples and door styles for you to fine tune your selections alongside your existing decoration, floor coverings etc to be sure the overall look of the finished project exactly meets your needs and preferences.

It works so well, why didn’t we think of it before!
